This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. I feel like I have a personal relationship with my pharmacists and techs. They know me, my prescriptions and when I need a refill are always on top of it! I love this place because it is a small, neighborhood pharmacy rather than a huge conglomerate like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, etc... The advantage to using them in addition to the speed and accuracy of the service is that they deliver!

This is a great pharmacy. Started using them a year ago after becoming frustrated with long lines and slow service at Walgreens and CVS. Their hours are somewhat limited compared to the big guys but worth finding the time to go during their business hours. They only deal with prescription products so you won't find grocery items, cosmetics etc. Called in a week ago to refill a prescription to pick up but they were out at the time. Let them know I had enough left for a few days and came home from work 3 days later and found my prescription in my MAILBOX. I had never called back or requested delivery. Very nice that they remembered me and got my prescription to me. Highly recommend.

I work as a visiting nurse I pick up medications for my clients at West Haven pharmacy . It is convenient for me and I am usually in and out in less than 5 minutes . My clients and I have been satisfied with the customer service. I’m always greeted with respect every time. They also offer bubble packing for medications, making it easier for me to manage my clients’s medications. The pharmacy staff are always respectful and helpful when I visit.

They filled my prescription as a new customer in 10 minutes. If you're sick of the lines at CVS or Walgreens, I highly recommend. I also really like supporting a local independent business.

West Haven Pharmacy were our saviors! My husband and I recently came down with covid, our first time, and our doctor wanted us to take two different anti-virals, and it was impossible to even reach the large chain pharmacies on the phone, nor find the meds in stock, or even easily available. I then looked for an independent pharmacy, West Haven Pharmacy, and they actually answered the phone immediately, and told us they could order the meds right away and have them delivered to us the next day. There was no charge for the delivery. And they did it perfectly!! A million thank yous to this pharmacy, for their caring and prompt attention to our dilemna. I highly recommend supporting this local independent pharmacy.

I've been going to West Haven Pharmacy for a few months now and I only have positive things to say about everybody who works there. They are all super friendly and kind and always willing to be helpful if need be. The kindness goes a long way, trust me, and they never make me feel bad because of the RXS I'm taking. I can't thank them enough for that. Also, I never wait very long for my RX. All in all, a 5 star experience...across the board!
